I am interested in inventing new methods to construct and manipulate biological molecules on the nanometer scale. I'm currently a fellow at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering.

We've developed an open-source gui-based software package for designing three dimensional DNA origami shapes. It is available at caDNAno.org.
